At Bawar Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we’re here to help. Below is our return and refund process designed to make returns as easy as possible.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away at WhatsApp: +92 319 6793844 or email: support@bawarbox.pk. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and, once the return is processed, place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the right product as fast as possible.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. As with our regular return policy, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
